1. Who is eligible to apply for a loan?

Any gainfully employed person residing in California, Georgia, Illinois, Utah, Missouri and Wisconsin. We are sorry but we cannot make loans to active duty military personnel or their dependents.


2. How much can I borrow?

California residents -- $2,500 - $5,000

Georgia residents -- $3,001 - $4,000

Illinois residents -- $500 - $4,000

Missouri residents -- $500 - $4,000

Wisconsin residents - $500 - $4,000

Utah residents -- $500 - $4,000


3. How can I apply for an Archerfield loan?

You can apply any way that is most convenient for you - online, by mail, fax or email.


4. How quickly will I receive my loan?

Often by the next business day after we receive your signed loan agreement.


5. What are the fees?

6. How and when will I know my loan has been approved?

Once all documents have been received the information will be processed and verified. If your application is approved we will contact you by telephone or e-mail.


7. How will I receive my loan?

Once your application has been approved, we will send you formal loan documents. Once you sign and return the loan documents (prior to daily bank cutoff time), your loan proceeds will be direct deposited into your account. The funds will arrive in your account the next business morning.


8. How will I repay my loan?

Payments can be made via payroll deduction, ach debit, check or money order.


9. Can I apply for an additional loan after I receive my first one?

Yes.  120 days after funding your first loan (and as long as the last five consecutive payments were received timely), you can apply for a new loan.  The balance due on the first loan will be deducted and the leftover will be sent to you.


10. Can I change my mind after receiving a loan?

Archerfield Funding abides by the Consumer Financial Services Association of America Best Practices and State laws regarding rescission, which enable you to rescind the transaction at no cost within a three-day time period by returning the full amount of the loan.
